| 0:51.1 | and radio. I just thought this was made for me. I grew up next to the |
| 0:56.4 | Patuxet River, and so this was my home river. I grew up as a boy playing on the river, having |
| 1:01.8 | little adventures. You know, kind of like Huck Finn or, you know, Mark Twain's novels. I was a kid who |
| 1:08.1 | played around building my homemade rats and trying to catch fish in various ways. |
| 1:12.6 | So the summer camps are a passion project of myself and the people who work here at Patuxent Rorykeeper. |
| 1:19.6 | All of us have had mentoring. All of us have had people who have been kind to us and shown us stuff along the way. |
| 1:25.6 | Everybody needs mentors. |
| 1:28.3 | I've seen kids really transformed. |
| 1:30.3 | I've seen kids come here scared of the water and leave this camp, |
| 1:33.3 | thinking, ah, I got this. |
