is Gavin Newsom issued an executive order which allows governments,

which allows homeowners to have single family neighborhoods in the Palisades, is what it comes down to, right?

Yeah, we're getting back what we were supposed to have in the first place. There was a Senate bill back in 2021 that would allow property owners to build four units on land that used to be single family.

Right. So some of the palisades people are selling out to developers, and the developers wanted to put up these...
