I will, Carolyn, thank you. And thanks for coming back to share your expertise. It's been five years since we last had a conversation about magnesium and how magnesium deficiency can wreak havoc on our bodies and our mental health.

And I want to dig in deeper because I know you've done so much since then and thought we could just start perhaps talking about the the symptoms of

2017. Well in September 2019, I put this survey on our website, very basic survey, so it's been
