So over the weekend, the United States got blindsided by OPEC Plus.

OPEC Plus is the group of oil-producing nations that now includes Russia and a bunch of countries

just said that they're going to cut oil production.

Oil prices jumped 8% Saudi Arabia and other members.

They're going to cut it more than it's going to be 1.2 million barrels a day.
