• On Sunday, a portion of I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia collapsed after a truck carrying gasoline caught fire while under the stretch of road. Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro issued a disaster declaration and estimated that rebuilding the interstate would take “some number of months.”
