I am feeling self-critical that I'm not healing fast enough in therapy.

I have a long history of child abuse.

I have struggled with PTSD and eating disorder, severe depression and anxiety

since childhood.

I've tried medications, but nothing helps.

I'm now in my 30s with the young child and in therapy, again, for the last two

years. It took a long time, but I feel very comfortable with my therapist and

and that I'm still constantly on the verge of crisis.

We started working on my PTSD and association and my therapist determined that my

memory issues and association was because I had dissociative identity disorder.

I recognize the progress and my therapist tells me trauma like mine and and

dissociative identity disorder takes a long time to work through, but I feel like

I'm not working hard enough and I should be less miserable after two years,
