0:34.4 | How long have you eaten bad foods for your entire life? Or was this just a recent thing? |
0:40.7 | Or how long have you been drinking? So we have to factor in your past. |
0:45.4 | Number two, how extensive or how bad it is. Is it so bad that your entire liver is filled with fat? |
0:52.9 | Are you developing scar tissue as in cirrhosis? Do you have a chronic viral thing, |
0:58.2 | which is causing hepatitis? So those are all things that you have to look at as well. |
1:02.7 | And number three, how perfect or how good is your current diet, okay? |
1:07.5 | Are you doing it partially? Are you sort of doing it on the weekends? |

1:14.3 | The longer it's been there, the longer it takes. It could take up to three years, |
1:18.4 | but realize that you would have to be consistent eating very, very healthy every single day |
1:23.7 | for a period of three years. Now, the actual fat in the liver could go away within months, okay? |
1:29.3 | But that doesn't mean the liver is 100%. There's other factors. |
1:32.8 | There's the structure of the hepatocyte, which is the liver cells that actually do the work. |
1:39.2 | And that takes time to get those to work a lot better. |
1:42.9 | So the type of keto that you need to do is called healthy ketosis. |
