| 1:13.8 | have it yet. It's also become clear that law enforcement agencies that do have |
| 1:18.2 | this technology are very liberal about sharing it with other law |
| 1:22.3 | enforcement agencies. |
| 1:23.4 | So it's an endless endeavor to discover which police departments, |
| 1:28.8 | which law enforcement agencies have this technology. |
| 1:31.8 | Under what circumstances they're using it, as you said, under what authority they're |
| 1:36.6 | using this technology, it's a severe deprivation of transparency and local law enforcement. |
