The Conservative leadership race has been dominated by an apparent row between Boris Johnson and his partner and the Brexit plans of both Mr Johnson and his rival Jeremy Hunt. Do or die by 31st October says Mr Johnson but Mr Hunt is willing to go beyond that IF negotiations with the EU progress well. But what chance of a Halloween deadline being met?
