Yeah, it's huge. I think you look traditionally through the NFL, the guys who've had a ton of success, have been able to stay in those long-term, all-time grades, and just the comfort level.

And then you being able to take the ownership of it and understand it inside an hour, now you're correcting people.

You don't even need the coaches. And he's kind of getting to that point.

There's some of the stories in here that Tyler Dunn wrote about that we've heard as it relates to Cliff

Kingsbury, but I thought it was worth sort of sharing. He writes at the beginning, good

hair, it turns out, can backfire. When six and two and ten and three seasons as the Arizona

Cardinals head coach went haywire, there was Cliff Kingsbury's undeniable swagger front and center.
