So once we hit the million dollar ARR mark, I'm going to make an episode and share the wins, the losses,

the lessons along the path to one million, um, and annual recurring revenue. And then we'll go

on to three million, five million, ten million. And then you guys will be able to watch a

$10 million a year company being built and born from literal scratch, from inception to every

single step of the way. And then you can

come back and say, okay, Brian, you're right. I should document my journey. Ha, ha, ha, ha. Whatever.

So today's episode's really cool because it is with my integrator, my operator, my right-hand gal,

my head of culture, my, I don't know what the heck. I just kind of call her whatever she wants

to be called because when I tell her she's an integrator, she gets upset about it. So today's

episode is with my right hand, Caitlin McKay. Caitlin is my sister from another Mista, and she is the

one that runs the Action Academy, My Business, day to day.

She's the one that's in the operations of it. She knows every single person, everything about

them, what makes them tick, what they love, what they hate, who they need, what they're working

on. She knows everything about the group and that is her job. So her job is to connect people within the community.
