What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Epic Gardening Podcast. We're back with Josh Rosen of Air Plant Man.

So Josh, you have made a living you've made air plants not even just gardening I mean I'm someone who's made I guess you could say

Overall gardening my way of life. You've made air plants your way of life which is

very fascinating to me being someone who has sort of a split focus between I

guess you could say the business or entrepreneurial world and then I'm just

obsessed with plants. So how did that all come about for you? Yeah, well yeah I would say

I'm very similar in the sense that I'm also mostly just obsessed with plants and one thing led to another.

I, you know, it's been an interesting process.

I studied philosophy when I was in college.

I had no idea what to do with myself and I kind of made the joke

and realization that I was sort of tired about talking about things in the abstract and just

sort of wanted to learn and experience more about nature directly,

which I found really inspiring and sort of,

you know, helped to answer some questions,

maybe not literally, but it just sort of felt right.

So I worked at the Chicago Botanic Garden after school

and really was inspired by that world there.

And from there I went to study landscape architecture.

And so for the past 15 years I've been practicing

as a licensed landscape architect.

And so we design wonderful outdoor spaces,
