Do you remember when she came in?

Yeah, I remember working together on that home and just being like,

she's great ideas.

This is great.

And I was feeling a little bit like heels dug in,

like kind of gun shy, like looking for signs that it was going to be like working with

this other person that was really firm in their ideas that was like,

that's not great or that's not a good lifestyle or that's not believable or whatever.

It was more student mentality, like we can tell a student project for sure.

And so what I learned too is that it doesn't pay to get the person right out of school always,

that sometimes having a point of view and experience and having cut your teeth a little bit somewhere else

was also a really good thing.

And even though we paid Suzanne probably double what we paid that first person

in more than made up for in space because the quality of our work changed.

And what Adam said to Suzanne was,

high tide raises all boats and you were our high tide that came in.

And she was like, oh, what about someone so that I used to work with?

She'd be a great fit for here.

And so she would reach out and sure enough they come on board and then all the sudden our tide

raised again.

And their skills worked really well together with my skills and it was this family,
