in prisons in the United Kingdom and I on this who are in jail for life and some of them for a few years and you get this impression that this is a system that is so broken

It is kind of mind-boggling that we haven't fixed it yet and there is a good side though

It is an issue president reform that is bipartisan there are people in the

white house who care about it there are people on democratic side who care

about it there are people who are independence in the middle everywhere
