Hey everybody, it's Chris, got an interview for you today with Jamie Holmes.

Jamie is a, I guess now, 11-year melanoma survivors, stage three.

She and I met in Canada when I was speaking at an event in London, Ontario,

and we have been Facebook friends ever since. So I see her posts periodically.

And she's a pretty awesome person.

She's actually one of those people that like flies around in the air on ropes and like,

you know, aerial stuff.

I don't know the terminology.

I was trying to ask you the terminology.

I said, I don't really don't know how to describe it. But it's like Cirque de Soleil stuff, and which was, of course,

super impressive. But yeah, she's got a new book out too, and we'll talk about that. And so I love

interviewing survivor stories. I love hearing what people did, their mindset, their attitude,

the practical things they did to help

themselves heal because every survivor story has unique wisdom and um every story is important

mine is no more important than anybody else is and getting them all together in one place

as i've tried to do over the years with Chris Beat Cancer,

is the way that we can really help the world understand

that cancer does not have to be a death sentence

that the body creates it and the body can heal it.

But you gotta change your life

and you gotta take control of your situation.
