Summary
Is Israel's impunity finally under threat? Yesterday, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court issued a statement which dangled the possibility of war crimes charges. But both he and the ICC have long been accused of double standards - so is justice really plausible?
I'm joined by Triestino Mariniello, Professor of Law at Liverpool John Moores University, and member of the Legal Team representing Gaza Victims before the ICC.
