Every year, corporate insurers get richer while Americans pay more and get less.

Now their greed's broken the system, even shutting down our government to protect their taxpayer-funded profits.

And in this chaos, their schemes are finally being exposed.

Big insurance and their Democrat allies have rigged health care insurance against hardworking families.

Government bailouts, record profits, premiums climbing higher and higher,

it's a pattern America can't afford to ignore any longer.

Conservatives must do more than hold the line.

We must fix it.

The good news is that the Democrats are finally admitting that they were the ones who in fact caused the government shutdown.

And on top of that, they're going to keep fighting some of them to keep it shut.

For months and months, Democrats have been fighting to get the Senate to address the health care crisis.

This bill does nothing to ensure that that crisis is addressed.

I am voting no and I will keep fighting.

Well, the bad news is now that they are voting to reopen,
