What's going on, guys? Welcome back to the Real Bodybuilding podcast, and this is a solo

edition that I'm going to do. I dropped a post on my Instagram a couple days ago and I got

about 80 questions here to go through.

So without further ado, I'm going to get started.

We're going to go for 45 minutes to an hour.

I'm going to try and answer as many of these questions as possible.

And here we go.

Question number one is, how are you doing FUAD?

FUF, it's a loaded one.

I'm feeling pretty good.

I'm feeling focused on my recovery.

My arm, my left arm still obviously is not working.

I don't know if it's going to ever work.

I don't know. I think I'm starting to cope.

I think I'm starting to figure things out.

I think I'm starting to figure life out.

I got my bikes.

I know this is going to sound crazy to you guys out there that don't think I should ride ever again, but I am going to ride.

And I got my bikes converted all in a way that I can ride each of them with one arm now.

Obviously it's going to take a lot of practice and a lot of, you know, ups and downs, but I think it's,

you know, people say, well, why would you ride again and it's like you know

when something like this happens to you and something you love gets taken away from you
