Hello, my level up family. You guys, I'm super pumped today. I'm extra pumped today. If you guys

have been following me on Instagram, I just came back from Cambridge, Maryland. I'm extra pumped today. If you guys have been following me on Instagram, I just came back from

Cambridge, Maryland. I'm not going to say Massachusetts, because I did say that wrong on my story.

And I was watching my son, Tyler, do an Iron Man 70.3. Now, I live with my son. I have the pleasure

of still living with my son. He graduated a year ago, and I have watched him train for this Iron Man for the last seven months.

And so when he completed this race, I really couldn't wait to have him as a guest.

So we just got back yesterday and we're pushing this through so you guys can hear from him.

So I just want to give him a little bit of kudos.

And there's some fun things we're going to talk about because a lot of you guys are here to level up in life.

You're here to level up in business.

You're here to level up in success.

And you guys know the way I feel how you do anything is how you do everything.

And to be in the top percent of whatever it is in life, it's what goes on behind the scenes.

It's the extra effort.

It's the extra commitment.

It's the discipline.

It's the mindset.
