| 1:02.5 | something is not obviously abusive, then it must be fine. My family isn't an abusive family. So I won't have any sort of trauma. It might be going |
| 1:14.8 | through someone's head. You know, there's food in our fridge. Our bills got paid. No one was |
| 1:19.8 | sitting around and screaming every day. Or my family looked relatively normal from the outside. |
| 1:27.4 | But in many families, invalidation is hard to see it is |
| 1:31.6 | not obvious like very overt abuse that might occur and this can be where family environments for a child |
| 1:39.6 | the emotional reality is not fully seen or understood respected respected, or room is not made for them. |
| 1:47.5 | Sometimes it's because it's a chaotic family. |
| 1:50.3 | Sometimes there's an illness in the family or mental health issues that are going on inside a family. |
