In this episode, we I've thought about and

ideology. This is something that I've thought about and studied for a very long time

it's part of what I call epistemology or theory of knowledge. How do we

know anything? How do you know that what you know is actually true? And from

really over a decade of studying this and pondering this topic for a long time,

all my ideas are starting to kind of get crystallized and

congealed and distilled.

And really all of it, one day I remember I was just thinking like,

well, what's the essence of what I'm trying to understand here

with epistemology? and it was just so simple and so clear

and it just came to me as just one simple rule for life and here's the rule the number

one rule for life especially when it comes to knowledge.

And it's this, don't be ideological.

That's it. That's the whole rule.
