What's going on? Well, Billers Ryan Paneda here. Today I am giving you the 10 tools that I use in my real estate investing business.

Now, if you are new to the channel, you have no idea who I am.

I have done over 700 house flips and wholesales.

That equates to over $100 million worth of real estate that I have bought and sold.

In addition to this, I've been able to buy 650 rental units that we currently manage.

It started off with just doing the Burr method

and buying single family properties for myself.

That then turned into doing some Airbnb's

and then that turned into raising capital

with my fund at Panata Capital

and we bought the majority of those units as apartments nationwide.

So that being said, got a lot of experience over the last decade doing this and I've been able to figure out

which tools are working today and let's jump into it. Okay? First tool I gotta start

with is a CRM.

Now a CRM is a foundational piece to your business.

Now I'll just tell you, as somebody who has used many CRMs over the years, I've tried them all, all right? And I've paid a lot of money over the years, two different ones. In fact, man, when I first started I was using something called PODEO, which many OG real estate investors

know what I'm talking about.

I mean you customize it yourself.

It's the ugliest CRM on the face of the earth and that's what people have used forever but most people

have phased out of that because it's just there's just better options now it's what I

used back in 2018 but man technology is so much better you no longer need podium so I don't use
