If you're going to have a successful Shopify store, you need to have a way to cross-sell,

upsell, and merchandise.

And for me, I think the number is about 12.

You'll see here when we launched, we had about 12 products.

That's still on the small side.

That also brings me back to price point in general. Price point, our average order value on Amazon is about $30,

where our average order value on Shopify is 70 plus.

So big difference there, so you need that multiple products to support the ad spend.

And I know Ezra talks about this too, because you're going to be paying $20.30 to acquire a customer,

which is very different than the entire game on Amazon.

It takes one free person to create change.
