0:55.2	My first TED talk was called Big Enough. And the whole concept here is that when we're our
1:00.5	biggest selves, which is who we were born to be, that means we're stepping into a bigger
1:04.9	responsibility and authority in our lives. We're going after the big dreams. We're taking big
1:10.4	and radical action. And a lot of times
1:12.3	that means we need to have the big conversations. So I want this podcast to be a platform where we talk about
1:19.9	the big and hard and exciting things, all of the above. I'm going to bring on guests who have
1:25.3	stories that have personally inspired me. I'm going to share
1:29.2	some personal stuff, but I'm also going to share some really tactical stuff that you guys have
