I'm gonna tell you how I recovered from extreme burnout and then should you be preparing

for a bigger check in 2023 and oh my gosh a company lays off thousands of people via text.

Alright, welcome to the KidCovid show where I helped you win at work and in life, in other

words, more money, more meaning.

Alright, I'm gonna get personal with you today.

How I, man of the people, by the people for the people recovered from extreme burnout.

In fact, it is this story that has the evolution of what I do today inside of it.

If you are extremely burned out, borderline hopeless, wildly frustrated, deeply discouraged.

I know exactly what you're feeling and I have come out of it.

And so I'm gonna share a bit of my story.

Now, I want to tease what we're doing this week.

Each day this week, we're going to be doing a little bit of burnout boot camp.

Shall we say and and and we're going to cover the five main causes of burnout in depth

this week.

But I have to, I have to share with you the, the gut wrenching, agonizing burnout that

I dealt with nearly 15 years ago.

I was in the Atlanta suburbs, Stacey and the three kids.

The kids were, say we had three and they were at this point three under the age of five.

Yikes.

It's a miracle I have any hair at all, by the way.

I don't recommend to any parent that you have kids that close.
