| 1:34.9 | theater room, two offices, among other things. It's a one-of-a-kind house, and it was our dream house when we |
| 1:40.2 | bought it, especially since I have such a big family with 10 kids. When I bought the |
| 1:44.8 | Mesa Mansion, I paid $1.7 million and I put $500,000 down, which was my rolled equity from my |
| 1:51.6 | previous homes, and I secured a 30-year fixed loan of $1.2 million at 3% interest. Then exactly one |
| 1:59.9 | year later, I decided to move to Puerto Rico for a tax incentive |
