Okay, I am making this show to give you an inside look on how I am going to hire a new executive on the inside of one of my companies. Welcome to the ride. Okay, so in the past,

I have spoken about job descriptions, KPIs, SOPs, and onboarding team members, but I have never

showed a behind the scenes of what it actually

looks like to court, to hire, to basically sell and woo somebody to come on. And this is a

personal look at how I recruit talent. So I've worked with recruiters in the past. I've had good

But what I wanted to do now was to create a piece of content that actually showed an inside
