What's up, ladies gentlemen? Today we are doing a behind the scenes, almost fireside chat, if you will, of my life.

What's been going on personally? What's been going on professionally? And what's going on with my investments?

In full transparency, these aren't episodes that I particularly enjoy making because I have a story in my head that unless I have something that is a specific

framework or value to share with you guys or a specific guest that you guys don't care.

And that's just not necessarily true. So today what I'm going to be doing is instead of doing

a caffeinated ramble, I'm going to talk about three things that I've just accomplished. So

three wins, three lessons, and then three things that I've just accomplished. So three wins, three lessons, and then three

things that I'm actively thinking about. So that way we can kind of have a full spectrum of what's

been going on with me for the last year or so. So let's start off. First and foremost, we just

closed on another small business. So I'm recording this on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11th.

So we closed last Friday. And I am super pumped. The reason that I don't talk a lot about the

business investments that I have been purchasing is because there are a lot of the times with other

operators within our Action Academy community. And I need to respect their privacy. So for them, we talk about

the businesses that we're purchasing when they are ready to talk about it openly and be on the

podcast. So this is super cool because this is the second small business that I've purchased with

this particular Action Academy member. And now the combined profit from the two

companies together, which is now over 500,000 SDE, $1.6 million purchase price, is going to

get him out of his job. And he's over the freaking moon. And I'm over the moon for him. So we'll have

him on the podcast here shortly. But we bought another kitchen hood cleaning company. And for those of you that are familiar with the pod,

kitchen hood cleaning, what the hell is that? So you have, you know, like a restaurant,

commercial kitchen, you have the fry cooks. They're cooking with the grease. The grease splatters up
