The 08-09 real estate crisis really put him into a bind. But he's reinvented

himself and it's really impressive. A lot of respect for someone that is so open about the

mistakes they've made. And I think they're going to help people listening to this episode will

I think the fact that he's being so open and transparent is really cool to see.
