I'm pretty sure I lost 100 grand today and I want to share with you why I believe that. Maybe more. I don't know.

So when you're an entrepreneur, you're going to run into adversity every day. I mean, look, if you have a pulse, if you can fog a mirror, you're going to run into adversity every day. But as an entrepreneur, there's, you know, nobody's shoulder to cry on, really. There's no boss to blame. There's no co-workers to, you know, look at and commiserate with. It's really on you. And so this is kind of a

funny story. I don't know if it's so funny, ha ha, but there's also a great message in this. So let me

kind of frame it. My everyday Saturday email list I've not touched in 2025. There's probably

8,000 or so names and emails on that list. How many of those are still, if and when I do send my

first email of 2025? How many of those are going to get open? I don't know. I used to get about a 30%
