I'm actually not entirely sure the exact number close to 100 pounds and I am a little

bit great on the exact timeline as well I'm horrible with dates. So I believe that it's been about 10 years.

significantly overweight in 07-08 I want to say somewhere in the 2009-2010, it's somewhere in that range. So, and then obviously it took me some time to like fully get the weight off because I had the
