Summary

One of the most common questions that I get during my Sunday IG Q&As is where my body confidence comes from, and to be honest, I developed it even at all somewhat recently, and it’s still very much a work in progress. Because it’s something so many of us struggle with, I decided to invite on some of the most confident women I know and ask them: how did you learn to love your body? My guests today are Raeann Langas and Kristina Zias. Raeann is a content creator, curve model, podcaster, and body acceptance influencer. Kristina Zias is a host, curve model, fashion blogger and body activist who also hosts size inclusive style segments for Access Hollywood and KTLA. Together, they host a super fun podcast called The Confident Collective, which they actually interviewed ME for, so definitely head over there and check that out—I shared a lot of stories and thoughts I haven’t shared anywhere else. On this episode, we talk about: What they do on bad body days How to know when to change things you don’t like with things like Botox, filler, surgery, or even hair dye, versus accept it The one trick that can make anyone feel more body confident Behind the scenes in the curve modeling industry How Kristina’s pacemaker and health issues have impacted her relationship with her body Pregnancy, childbirth, and the impact of motherhood on body love Raeann and Kristina and I would love to hear from you as you’re listening—they’re @raeannlangas and @kristina with a k zias on social and i’m @lizmoody so please screenshot and share any thoughts or feelings that come up as you listen. And if you know anyone in your life still struggling with confidence or body love, please SHARE this episode with them. Let’s all go on this journey together.
