Hiring is one of the things we talk about the most in my coaching program. Hiring people is the key to scaling your business. I talk about who my first hire was and how you can figure out who the first hire for you needs to be.
When people apply, we ask them to take a personality test because we want to fit a role with the right personality. On top of that, we also look for experience. Experience is great, but it isn't necessarily required.
One thing that is more important than personality and experience is desire. You can be the best sales person in the world, but if you don't really have much desire to be here, I will not hire that person.
