you can actually align your calendar with how you feel day-to-day. Women have a 28-day cycle.

productivity I think that so often we think it's about time, right, about hours in the day, minutes in the day, how much

we can get done within certain blocks. This isn't true. Productivity is about energy, right? It's about how you're feeling, it's about what your reserves are, how much is in the tank.

That's why it's so important.

by working on his side hustle that he was so passionate about before going to work. He worked in real estate and he was like,

2:14.0

gosh, if I just get up 90 minutes earlier and I power through my side hustle work,

2:19.0

he's like, I actually get to work and feel really great and energized.

2:22.0

He used to think after work he'd be energized when he just wanted to come home, I don't know, open a beer and watch television.

2:30.0

Working with your natural energy cycles, we all have them, is powerful.

2:36.0

And it means that there's, you know, the winds behind your sales, right, it's pushing you forward,

versus having you meet resistance and then think there's something wrong with you.

2:44.7

Think that you're lazy, that you're unmotivated, that something has gone awry. It hasn't.
