You know, I think we first got introduced in the early days of the turnkey property boom.

I believe you were just starting out with your company and turnkey providers were cropping up everywhere around the country in certain

regions. What I really liked when we started working together was you guys truly were nationwide.

And so that's one thing we noticed right off the back. You were able to take care of clients anywhere,
