I get the question very often from different people in different ways asking me how I deal with

mom guilt and how I feel about the fact that I'm so busy and have so much attention and focus

on running my companies knowing that I have an eight year old daughter. And I always share the

question and the answer in a way that I think is something that gives us some food for thought.

And that is what role do you believe that you're meant to play in your child's life?

And I think that's a really important question to ask. Not just parent, not just mom or dad,

what role are you meant to play? I share for myself that I believe that Madison is destined for

greatness. And I believe one of my primary functions in her life is to allow her to see and believe

that anything is possible. I see one of my most important roles in her life as being someone

that every single day wakes up and chases my dreams and believes that I am capable of achieving them.

And how has this impacted Madison? Well Madison is eight years old. And the thing that we hear

from her friends parents all the time and that we hear when she goes on play dates and goes to parties

and spends time even from her teachers at school is that she's a leader and that she sets the example

that she speaks articulately that she has a very strong sense of self and confidence and self-worth.

That's at eight. Madison came home last week and I was on a call and she was waiting so patiently

for me to get off a call and I was trying to wrap up and she's standing there and she didn't tell

me she was just waiting and waiting by my side for me to wrap up the call. And I finally
