He had a on-site manager and his wife, his husband and wife, so as a couple.

They had been managing the property for many years, and they were stealing from him.

And he had no idea, but we found out pretty quickly that he was stealing from him.

multi-family and I'm going to also explain you know why boutique hotels why I see an opportunity there, and then kind of what

So why boutique hotel?

So just to go back a little bit,

traditionally I'm a multifamily guy.

And we bought apartments.

Currently have north of 300 apartment units that we still own.

Some with partners, some on my own.

And I feel like ever since the pandemic you know and then going into

2021 there was just a lot of money and a lot of buyers looking for the same type of

apartment buildings everyone's looking for the same type of apartment buildings.
