put a notepad in your back pocket,

that annoys you, write it down, right?

Because if it annoys you, it probably annoyed somebody else.

And then go back and create material for your jokes, right?

What he did with that and went, you know what?

I'm going to do that.

But what I found is if I'm finding annoyances or problems,

that's actually the best lead source to create business. Because now you're just solving problems, right?

That's all this is. Right now we have a problem. It's obvious to everyone, the annoyance is there for everyone, people will come

and solve that.

So the one thing I hadn't thought about was behavioral change. My mind focuses on the tech

of course. And I know the tech is gonna solve it. It's just a matter of when is

their adoption. And you know because there's already 3D homes that could happen in a day.

That's right. Like you said they have portables now even the thing with

portables is you still got to like build them somewhere right but the moment

you know your permits are approved now you can build it really quick.

Right, right? Whereas a 3D home, dude, you don't do, just crank them out.
