don't know a lot about beauty and I've just been like who's the person to talk about this and then I met

Dr. Shiva Gofrani and she's perfect for this. She practices obstetrics and

gynecology in Stanford, Connecticut. Oh my gosh that sounds so weird and

formal I don't think I've ever said the

full name of those specialties. She's an OPGN. But not just any OPGN. She also studied

integrative medicine, which she incorporates into a practice. Plus, she loves skincare as you'll hear.

And she was an ovarian cancer patient.

She's a mother of three.

So she has personal experience with a lot of what

we will be talking about today, which is how hormones can affect your skin and appearance.
