Partly, it is just your genetic pre-programming that unfortunately cells get older.

They go through something called cellular senescence, so they go into a little bit of retirement,

and so your skin starts to lose its collagen, lose its architecture, and that's when you

start to get sagging skin, but that's not the only story.

You have dehydrated skin that makes it worse.

You have years of sun damage that finally catch up with you.

You have bottled pigmentation, estrogen players are a really critical role in protecting

your skin from so much of that.
