And the What I've loved about you is that you you make science feel very palatable you

explain things very well so when I've listened to on

podcast I'm like, oh my gosh that makes so much more sense.

Versus when you listen to like an Andrew Huberman, a neuroscientist, you're like,

okay, yeah, I think I understand it, but it just feels so

dry and dull and just, okay, I don't really care to understand it, but when you're talking

through it, it feels like, oh, okay, I could put that into my daily life I could do that.

I think it's there's an element too of like me being the guinea pig trying things first and

sharing a bit of my experience with things as I'm kind of trying to

retell the science that people enjoy and yeah I think just from the way that I've

observed my own learning curves I do a lot better and like even studies show that humans are more able to

retain information and learn when there's emotion attached. It's like that's what creates our

light bulb memories is having some emotion there.

So I think sometimes like it's great to have the Andrew Huberman

podcast of the world and just the science for when you need it.

But when you're really trying to get excited, like get people excited

about making a lifestyle change and get people excited about

enacting science backed hacks or like putting herbs into their life.

You kind of have to tell things, tell like the story of science in more of an emotional fun way so that it sticks with people.

So I try to do that.
