Hello and welcome to The Week Junior Show. I'm Bex and I'm joined by writers Joe and Eve from The Week Junior, the magazine Making Sense of the World for 8 to 14 year olds. This week, the team will be talking about cuts to air pollution in cities around the world, changes to video game age ratings and hedgehog's superhearing. There's also going to be

a big debate about whether Parliament should leave London. Make sure you're listening closely,

the Oscars, which are important film awards, took place in the US.

And K-pop Demon Hunters took home two awards for Best Animated Feature Film and Best Original Song.

So it got me thinking, which film from 2025 was your favourite?

Eve, how about you?

Well, I mean, we all know I love K-pop Demon Hunters,

but something that just topped it for me was Zootropolis 2,

which I watched recently.

And I'm such a big fan of the first film.

And it was one of those films where the sequel was just as good as the original,

like Shrek 2 or Paddington 2.

And I was just, I loved it. I would recommend it to everyone. It was so good. Okay, hi, praise. How about you, Joe? I don't know about my favourite. That's quite difficult to say, but I did really enjoy the bad guys too. It was about a group of animals who used to be criminals but are trying to

adapt to life on the right side of the law. I didn't really know what to expect as I hadn't seen

the first one, but I really enjoyed it. And I also got to interview the director, Pierre Perifel,

for an article in the week junior. Oh my goodness. Okay, name drop in there. I appreciate that.

I, guys, I'm going to be honest, I don't think I've seen a good or any film from 2025.

I don't think I sat down and watched a film. I didn't go to the cinema. I didn't watch it at home.

Oh, my God. I've been just watching old movies.
