that could really help you. So if you have listened to me for a while, you know that I think

it's really important to heal your marriage with strategy, another word for wisdom. And so it's

very important to know where you are right now

in order to determine where you need to go. And I call that your marital health score,

which falls between one, zero and 10 on the marital health spectrum. And once you get that score

in your marital culture, emotional intimacy, physical intimacy,

spiritual intimacy, you'll ultimately be able to understand what's your next step? Because

somebody who's a nine out of ten marriage is going to interact in their marriage very differently

than somebody just struggling to survive at a one out of 10 or

two out of 10 or even a four or five out of 10. How do you get to just the next step?

You can't treat your marriage if it's very unhealthy and broken. Like a 9 out of 10, it doesn't make

any sense. You have a very different roadmap. For example, if you're going to Mount Rushmore

and you're starting out in Canada, it doesn't make sense to, oh my gosh, I don't know geography

good enough. The point is, if you're closer to Mount Rushmore, you're going to have different

directions rather than if you're farther away. Not sure why we're

talking about Montrushmore, but you never know. That's what I want to give you is a tool that we've

developed, and I don't think I've ever made it so specifically clear on the podcast. So I wanted to
