A duplex that I turned into a threeplex. Okay. Okay. Now, did the property need a lot of work?

It, it, it didn't need a lot of work, but I decided to gut the whole thing and make a lot of work for myself.

My real estate agent was very surprised because I wasn't really looking for a house that I was going to gut.

But there was some problems, and I just kind of decided that I'm going to

get it and make it, make it really nice.
