But B, there were a lot of people in the middle who just had no idea what he was talking

about and they thought he was talking about

But I think now we've had 40 years, basically, arguably 50 years, Nixon, of Republicans using racist, coded racist

language ever since the Civil Rights Act, you know, in 1965, 64, 65 was the Voting Rights Act. Ever since then we've had you know

Republicans basically using coded language to express racist sentiments,
