Summary

Adam Packard was born and raised in Waterville, Maine and grew up in Winthrop, Maine. We met Adam through his dad Jim who is an amazing man! He attended Penn State and he graduated with a degree in Professional Golf Management. He started out in the golf business teaching for Golf Tec. in Denver, Colorado.  He found his way to Arizona later in life. He had the opportunity to get into business with his brother Jeff working for Tommy Hopkins and he learned a ton about non-stop learning.  Eventually he ended up getting into the greeting card business with his dad and brother.  He is a published author. Regarding his book:  “Stay the Course is a compilation of lessons learned along Adam Packard’s SendOutCards journey. The book actually evolved from a series of slides Adam was preparing as he thought of the lessons he had learned in SendOutCards – he thought it would be helpful to share those lessons with others in the network marketing business. The beautiful part about network marketing is that you can run your business any way you want to. Adam took this lesson to heart and in this volume shares his successes and mistakes. Follow the lessons learned in this book to stay focused on your network marketing business and to keep your team members moving forward. Is it hard work? Yes. Is it worth it? Believe it!” Adam found his way to start his podcast I Need A Coach.

I'm super excited about our time together and I cannot thank you and your dad enough for connecting us. This is really cool stuff. Like I talked to your dad like I told you before and he's like oh you've got to talk to Adam. You've got to talk to my son. He's fascinating. I'm like oh yeah, okay. Let's hope I don't disappoint then. A little paternal pride baby, right? So thank you so much for being here. So like we talked about before we hit record, everybody has a story and our passion is to help them tell it. So with your permission, we're going to start with where you were born. I got some of that from your dad by the way. But we're going to start with where you were born and go all the way up to today. And then we can talk about anything that you're working on, including your podcast. I'd love to talk about that.
