It was a good opportunity to kind of have some freedom to kind of look at, you know, all aspects of the game and not be tied down to one thing.

So that's what I was most excited about was kind of just a little bit of freedom to kind of roam around and make my own path, you know, and kind of see what I liked and what I didn't like.

And yeah, it ended up, it was an internship for $50 an hour.

Well, Grady Seismore made over $30 million in his playing career.

But when he decided to return to the game last season with the Arizona downbacks,

all that was available

was an entry-level internship making, yes, 15 bucks an hour.

He took it, and now he's a major league coach with the White Sox, and he's here to talk about

He wasn't the same after that.

But when it comes to what the White Sox went looking for this offseason.

Defense, speed, base running, plate discipline, work ethic.
