Donald Trump announces a trade deal with China after his meeting in South Korea with Chinese President Xi Jinping. President Trump,

as he often does, calls it a 12 out of 10. How will we rate it? And what does it mean for the future of U.S.-China relations?

Plus, the Federal Reserve cuts interest rates by another 25 basis points on Wednesday,

but signals maybe not another cut in December, as markets have been anticipating. Has the Fed given

up too soon on its fight against inflation?
