But sometimes I think we have so much information when it comes to the NFL draft.

And we have so much time to feel discussing the NFL draft that sometimes it is important

to remember to stick to the basics.

You know, a thought just hit me this week as I was wrapping up kind of NFL draft stuff.

We spend almost as much time preparing for the draft as we do watching the season.

The season is really broken up into three sections.

Section one is the games.

Section two is the offseason, free agency, the draft, bot drafts preparing for it.

And then we spend four months convincing yourself that your team is going to

be good. That's the phase that we are about to get into. We're about to get into starting May

first for the next four months, it is going to be Jets fans convincing themselves they have a chance

to be good. It is Cardinals fans thinking, you know what? With this schedule, no, your team's not going to be good.

I know what you know it.

But that's just the cycle that we have in the national football league.

There was a clear message, I think, was sent.

Don't overthink it.

Take the best player.
