And with Houston's loss last night, the Lakers are the three-seat in the West, almost one month into the season D.

And you know how much we love getting into the weeds and talking about

ball fakes and pivots and little parts of the game like that. And we may get into that a little

bit in this pod, but it's going to be less about that and more of a big picture. Who are the Lakers?

Are they for real? What can we expect going forward? Because I think that where the Lakers stand is a different place than many people expected

them to be, D.

And so I wanted to kind of get our big picture thoughts on what this team is.

I haven't looked at the standings yet, but I'm guessing five straight wins is the longest

non-cleveland winning streak going on in

Orlando's got six, I think.
